Refund Policy

1. How AdWhiz Billing Works
AdWhiz is offered on monthly subscription tiers — Pro, Business, and Enterprise — at the prices shown on our pricing page. Every new subscription starts with a free trial period (typically 7 days) during which you have full access to your selected plan without being charged. After the trial, your subscription automatically converts to a paid monthly subscription and your card is billed on the same date each month thereafter until you cancel.
2. No Refunds
All paid subscription charges are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for partial months, unused portions of your billing period, or voluntary cancellations.
Our free trial exists so you can evaluate the full product before paying anything. If the Service does not meet your needs during the trial, cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
3. Cancelling During the Free Trial
You can cancel at any point during the free trial at no cost from your dashboard settings. Cancellation during the trial immediately stops the upcoming paid charge — no payment is taken. You may continue to use the Service until the trial end date. There is nothing to refund because nothing was charged.
4. Cancelling a Paid Subscription
You can cancel your paid subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period — you retain full access until that date. Your card will not be charged for the next billing cycle. No pro-rated refund is issued for the unused portion of the paid period that has already been billed (see section 5 below for EU/EEA consumers).
5. EU/EEA Consumers — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer (not a business) resident in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of your first paid subscription charge, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
To exercise this right, email us at support@adwhiz.ai within 14 days of your first paid charge with your account email address and a statement that you wish to withdraw. No reason is required.
Because you have already had access to the Service during this period, we will refund the pro-rata portion of the first paid billing period that had not yet been consumed at the time you withdrew. Example: if you withdraw on day 10 of a 30-day paid period, approximately 20/30 (≈67%) of the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method. This withdrawal right applies to the first paid billing period only and does not apply to subsequent automatic renewals, which are governed by section 4.
6. Discontinued Products
AdWhiz previously offered a one-time audit report product, which has been discontinued. The Service is now offered exclusively through the subscription tiers described above.
7. Service Failures
If the Service is substantially unavailable for an extended period due to a technical failure on our end (e.g. a multi-day outage), contact us at support@adwhiz.ai. We may, at our discretion, issue an account credit or a partial refund for the affected period. This does not apply where the Service is available but the results or recommendations are not what you expected.
8. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your AdWhiz account. If you have a concern about any charge, please email support@adwhiz.ai first so we can work toward a resolution.
