When you purchase a full audit report, you are paying for the immediate generation and delivery of a personalized, AI-powered analysis of your Google Ads account. Because the report is generated instantly using your account data, we cannot reverse or undo this process.

2. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

Audit reports are digital products generated on-demand using your specific Google Ads account data.
The full value of the product is delivered immediately upon generation — there is nothing to "return."
Significant computing resources and API costs are consumed each time a report is generated.
Up to 5 free mini-audits are available so you can evaluate the service before purchasing.

3. Try Before You Buy

We offer up to 5 free mini-audits that analyze your Google Ads account and deliver key performance metrics at no cost. This allows you to evaluate the quality and accuracy of our analysis before committing to a paid full audit report. We strongly recommend reviewing your mini-audit results before purchasing.

4. Technical Failures

If your paid audit fails to generate due to a technical error on our end (e.g., a system outage or server failure that prevents the report from being created), please contact us at support@adwhiz.ai and we will either regenerate your report or issue a credit at our discretion. This does not apply to cases where the audit completes successfully but the results are not what you expected.

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving your audit report may result in permanent suspension of your AdWhiz account. If you have any concerns about your purchase, please contact us first so we can work toward a resolution.
