Update your payment method, change plans, or cancel

Update your payment method, switch plans, view invoices, or cancel your subscription — all from one place.

How to access your billing settings#

All billing options live in one place. Here's how to get there:

Sign in to your AdWhiz dashboard

Go to adwhiz.ai/app and sign in with your Google account.

Open Settings

From your dashboard, click the gear icon in the sidebar to open the Settings page. You can also click your profile picture in the top-right corner and select 'Settings'.

Click "Manage Billing"

On the Settings page, scroll down to the 'Subscription' or 'Billing' section. Click the 'Manage Billing' button. This opens your Stripe Customer Portal where you can update your card, switch plans, or cancel.

What you can do in billing#

From the billing portal, you can manage everything about your payments and subscription:

  • **View your current plan and next billing date** — see which plan you're on and when your next payment is due
  • **Update your credit card** — if you got a new card or your old one expired, you can swap it out here
  • **Switch to a different plan** — upgrade to a higher plan for more features, or downgrade if you need less
  • **View past invoices and receipts** — download receipts for any past payment, useful for expense reports or accounting
  • **Cancel your subscription** — if you no longer need AdWhiz, you can cancel right from this page

How to update your credit card#

If your credit card expired or you want to use a different card:

Go to Manage Billing

Follow the steps above to open the billing portal.

Click "Update payment method"

You'll see your current card on file (ending in four digits). Click "Update payment method" to change it.

Enter your new card details

Type in the new card number, expiration date, and security code (the 3-digit number on the back of your card). Click "Save" when you're done.

How to cancel your subscription#

We hope you'll stay, but if you need to cancel, here's how:

Go to Settings

Sign in to your dashboard and click the gear icon in the sidebar to open Settings.

Click "Manage Billing"

This opens the Stripe customer portal where your subscription lives.

Click "Cancel subscription"

Find the "Cancel subscription" option and click it. Stripe will ask you to confirm. Click "Confirm cancellation".

Your access continues until the end of your billing period

After canceling, you can still use all features until your current billing period ends. For example, if you paid on March 1 and cancel on March 15, you keep access until March 31.

Your data is kept for 30 days

When you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. After that, your data (audits, recommendations, chat history) is kept for 30 days. If you change your mind and resubscribe within that window, everything will still be there.

If you need a refund, email support@adwhiz.ai within 7 days of your purchase. Please include your account email and a brief reason. We'll process it as quickly as possible. For full details, see our refund policy at adwhiz.ai/refund-policy.

Common billing questions#

When am I charged?#

You're charged on the same day each month. For example, if you subscribed on March 5, you'll be charged again on April 5, May 5, and so on. If you started with a free trial, the first charge happens when the trial ends.

Can I get a receipt for my payment?#

Yes! Go to Manage Billing and scroll down to "Invoice history". You can download a PDF receipt for every payment. These are useful if your company needs them for expense reports.

What happens if my payment fails?#

If your card is declined, Stripe will try again a few times over the next few days. You'll receive an email letting you know. If the payment keeps failing, your subscription will be paused until you update your card. No data is lost during this time.
