What is AI Chat?#

AI Chat lets you ask questions about your ads just by typing, like texting a friend who happens to be an advertising expert. You don't need to click through menus or understand complicated charts.

Just type what you want to know, and the AI reads your real ad data to give you an answer. It's that simple.

A chat window similar to ChatGPT. Type your question in the text box at the bottom and press Enter. The AI responds with insights pulled directly from your ad account data.

What Can I Ask?#

You can ask almost anything about your ads. Here are some ideas to get you started:

  • "Which campaigns are wasting the most money?"
  • "What's my best performing ad this month?"
  • "How can I lower my cost per lead?"
  • "Show me keywords with low quality scores"
  • "Compare my campaign performance this month vs last month"
  • "How much did I spend on Google Ads last week?"
  • "Which ad group has the highest click rate?"
  • "Why is my cost per click going up?"

Use your own words

You don't need to use technical language or special commands. Just describe what you want to know the way you'd ask a friend. The AI understands everyday English. For example, "am I wasting money?" works just as well as "show me campaigns with high spend and zero conversions."

How to Use AI Chat#

Go to AI Chat from the sidebar

Click on "AI Chat" in the menu on the left side of your screen. The chat window will open.

Type your question in the box at the bottom

You'll see a text box at the bottom of the screen. Click on it and type your question. Then press Enter or click the send button.

The AI reads your real ad data and gives you an answer

The AI looks at the actual data in your connected ad accounts. It doesn't guess — it uses real numbers from your campaigns to give you an accurate answer.

Ask follow-up questions

The AI remembers what you talked about earlier in the conversation. So you can ask follow-up questions like "tell me more about that campaign" or "how do I fix it?" without repeating yourself.

Tip

Look for the 'AI Chat' link in the left sidebar of your dashboard. It has a chat bubble icon next to it.

What the AI Can Do#

The AI chat is connected directly to your ad accounts. This means it can:

  • Look up your campaign performance data
  • Find specific keywords, ads, or ad groups
  • Compare time periods (this week vs last week, this month vs last month)
  • Explain what metrics mean in simple terms
  • Suggest changes you can make to improve your ads

Chat Limits by Plan#

The number of questions you can ask per day depends on your subscription plan:

Daily limit resets every day

Your question limit resets at the start of each day. If you run out of questions today, you'll get a fresh set tomorrow. If you find yourself needing more questions, consider upgrading to the Business plan.

Tips for Getting Better Answers#

  1. Be specific — "Which campaign spent the most last week?" gives a better answer than "how are my ads?"
  2. Mention time periods — "this month" or "last 7 days" helps the AI give you the right data
  3. Ask one thing at a time — break big questions into smaller ones for clearer answers
  4. Use follow-ups — if the answer isn't what you expected, ask the AI to clarify or go deeper
