Is my ad account data secure with AdWhiz?

Yes. AdWhiz uses OAuth2 to connect your ad accounts and encrypts all stored credentials with AES-256-GCM. Access is read-only by default. Mutate operations require explicit confirmation. MCP OAuth tokens are stored as SHA-256 hashes. You can revoke access at any time from your account settings.

Account & Setup#

How do I create an account?#

Visit adwhiz.ai and click "Sign in with Google." That's it! You don't need to fill out any forms or remember a new password. Your Google account is your login. See the full guide: Create Your Account.

Is my Google account safe?#

Yes. AdWhiz only uses your Google account for login. We cannot read your emails, access your files, or see your personal information. When you connect Google Ads separately, we only access your advertising data — nothing else.

Can I use AdWhiz without a Google Ads account?#

You can sign up and explore the dashboard, but most features require a connected Google Ads or Meta Ads account. If you don't have an ad account yet, you can still browse the documentation and pricing to see if AdWhiz is right for you.

How do I connect my Google Ads account?#

Go to Dashboard > Settings and click "Connect Google Ads." You'll sign in with Google and select the ad account you want to manage. See the full guide: Connect Google Ads.

How do I connect my Meta (Facebook) Ads account?#

Go to Dashboard > Settings and click "Connect Meta Ads." You'll sign in with Facebook and select your ad account. You need a Meta Business account to use this feature. See the full guide: Connect Meta Ads.

Can I connect multiple ad accounts?#

Yes! You can connect multiple Google Ads accounts and multiple Meta Ads accounts. The number of accounts depends on your plan: Pro supports up to 3 accounts, Business up to 10, and Enterprise has no limit. Use the account switcher at the top of the dashboard to switch between them.

How much does AdWhiz cost?#

Is there a free trial?#

Yes! Every plan comes with a 7-day free trial. You can use all features during the trial. If you cancel before the 7 days are up, you won't be charged.

How do I cancel my subscription?#

Go to Dashboard > Settings and click "Manage Billing." From there, click "Cancel subscription." Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. See: Manage Billing.

Can I get a refund?#

What payment methods do you accept?#

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe, our secure payment processor. We don't store your card details — Stripe handles all payment security.

What is a Health Score?#

Your Health Score is a number from 0 to 100 that tells you how well your ads are performing. Think of it like a grade for your advertising. 90+ is excellent, 70-89 is good, 40-69 needs some work, and below 40 means your ads need urgent attention. See: Health Score.

What are AI Recommendations?#

After analyzing your ads, AdWhiz's AI suggests specific changes to improve performance and save money. For example, it might suggest pausing a campaign that's wasting money, or adjusting a bid that's too high. You choose whether to apply or dismiss each suggestion. See: AI Recommendations.

Will AdWhiz spend my money without asking?#

No. AdWhiz will NEVER spend your advertising budget without your explicit permission. Every change requires you to click "Apply" first. Read-only operations (viewing data, running audits) never affect your campaigns or spending.

How often does AdWhiz check my ads?#

AdWhiz runs a daily automated audit of your connected accounts. This happens in the background and updates your Health Score and recommendations. You can also run a manual audit anytime by refreshing the dashboard.

What is AI Chat?#

AI Chat is like texting a friend who's an advertising expert. You can ask questions about your ads in plain English — for example, "Which campaign is wasting the most money?" — and get answers based on your real data. See: AI Chat.

Is there a limit on AI Chat messages?#

Yes, the number of AI Chat messages depends on your plan. Pro gets 20 per day, Business gets 100 per day. The counter resets at midnight. If you hit the limit, you can still use the dashboard and all other features normally.

MCP & Developer Tools#

What is MCP?#

MCP (Model Context Protocol) lets AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Windsurf connect directly to your ad accounts. Instead of using a dashboard, developers can manage ads using natural language commands in their coding environment. See: What is MCP?

Do I need to use MCP?#

No! MCP is optional and designed for developers. If you prefer using the dashboard (point-and-click), that's perfectly fine. MCP is an alternative way to interact with your ad data for people who prefer coding tools.

My AI tool can't see the AdWhiz tools. What do I do?#

Make sure you have an active AdWhiz subscription (Pro, Business, or Enterprise).
Check that your MCP configuration is correct — see Quick Start for setup guides.
Try restarting your AI tool (close and reopen it).
If using OAuth, make sure you completed the sign-in flow in your browser.
If using an API key, make sure you copied the full key without extra spaces.

Data & Security#

Is my advertising data safe?#

Yes. AdWhiz uses bank-level encryption (TLS 1.3) for all data in transit. Your ad data is stored securely on encrypted servers. We never share your data with third parties. We use OAuth 2.0 with PKCE for authentication — the same security standard used by banks and major tech companies.

Can I delete my data?#

Yes. You can disconnect your ad accounts at any time from Dashboard > Settings. If you want to delete your entire account and all associated data, email support@adwhiz.ai and we'll process your request within 48 hours.
